We believe that people with a Learning Disability should be given the chance to work and earn a wage. We recognise that not everyone will successfully achieve this goal, or want to, however this should not prevent people from being given the opportunity.

OUR AIMS

• To prepare people for employment and/or voluntary work
• To support people to gain employment, work experience or voluntary work
• To provide practical support to aid the success of all placements.
• To act as a resource to those seeking work and to the employer.
• To understand and assist local employment need.
